Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using C&C Event Rentals services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Rental Terms
Reservation and Booking
- All rentals are subject to availability
- A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation
- Quote requests do not guarantee availability until confirmed
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Late payments may result in additional fees
- All prices are subject to change without notice
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14+ days before event: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before event: No refund
- Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
Delivery and Setup
- Delivery fees are based on distance and may vary
- Setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee
- Customer must provide accurate delivery address and access information
- Delivery location must be accessible and have adequate space
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals
Customer Responsibilities
As a renter, you agree to:
- Use rental items only for their intended purpose
- Supervise rental equipment at all times during the event
- Return items in the same condition as received
- Not sublet or allow others to use rented items without permission
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
- Provide covered storage for multi-day rentals (when applicable)
- Notify us immediately of any damage or issues
Damage and Loss
- Customer is responsible for all rental items from delivery to pickup
- Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable
- Customer will be charged for damaged, lost, or stolen items
- Replacement cost will be charged for items that cannot be repaired
- Excessive cleaning fees may apply for heavily soiled items
Liability and Indemnification
C&C Event Rentals is not liable for:
- Injuries resulting from misuse of rental equipment
- Damage to property caused by rental items
- Loss or damage due to weather, theft, or vandalism
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless C&C Event Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of rental equipment.
Weather Policy
- Tents and canopies are designed for sun and light rain protection
- Equipment should be taken down in severe weather conditions
- We are not responsible for weather-related damage to rental items
- Weather-related cancellations must be made 24 hours before delivery
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of C&C Event Rentals and protected by copyright laws.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gordon County, Georgia.
